A person skis on a pair of slaloms, the lighter one then slaloms over and steps into the back boots of the skis of the other and bear-hugs for dear life. We didn't have the horsepower to go on for very long (you need to go very fast) to keep that weight up on those skis (since the back person is so far back and just digging in).

  • The perfect pounce. One of our favorite things when dual-tubing for the unitiated. As soon as you get close enough you pounce on them without them having any idea you're coming. Quite a surprise.
  • After pouncing, might as well do some tricks. Ricky standing up straight on the same tube as the conventional rider.

  • Everybody learns quick that you lean to the inside when flying out on a tube. If you're really booking and on calm seas you can pull off a nice wheelie.
