Bluegrass Bengals ßeta Boil

Shortly after moving to Louisville, Kit talks me into forming a local chapter of the LSU Alumni Association. We have a "test-boil" before inviting the throngs. Sure we're professionals, but now suddenly our invitees are very familiar with the process - everybody from Louisiana thinks they can do a better boil than whoever just did the one they were invited. We have a ßeta test boil to make sure we can do it right before inviting the real connoisseurs.
