Thunder Over Louisville (2011)
A bad weather day for Thunder this year. (It was cold, wet, windy, and the river flooded the normal prime viewing area. Attendance was down an order of magnitude to 50,000 [it's normally 500,000.])
The weather killed the airshow after about an hour. I bounced from party to party in my apartment complex during the hours before the fireworks. The F22 Raptor was one of the few planes to come out in the bad weather, but the fireworks went off without a hitch. Walked down to the riverfront and took the night photos of the "thunder." The last couple of videos do a decent job of capturing what the end of the world must sound like.
